Policies at O'Shin healing spa

Arrival
Please arrive 3–5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to maintain the schedule for other clients. The full session fee may still apply.

Therapist Preference
If you have a preference for a female therapist, male therapist, or no preference, please include it in the message section when making your appointment. You may also contact us by SMS before your appointment to share your preference.

Session Comfort & Safety
Your comfort and safety are very important to us. During the session, if you feel uncomfortable for any reason, you may request adjustments or immediately stop the session at any time. Therapists also reserve the right to end a session if they feel uncomfortable or if inappropriate behavior occurs.

Cancellation

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client.

• 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Less than 24 hours notice: $50 cancellation fee.

• Less than 4 hours notice or no-show: full session charge.

Professional Boundaries
 

Massage therapy is provided for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only.

Any inappropriate behavior, sexual comments, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future service.

Health Conditions

Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, or treatments before the session.

For certain medical conditions or treatments, we may require approval from your physician before providing massage therapy.

Session Feedback
If you experience any unusual discomfort after your session, please notify us within 48 hours so we can review the situation and assist you.

Concerns reported long after the session may be difficult to evaluate.

Gift Cards
Due to occasional price adjustments, previously purchased gift cards may require payment of the price difference at the time of the appointment. Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and have no cash value.

Confidentiality
All client information and sessions are kept strictly confidential.
