Gift Cards

Due to occasional price adjustments, previously purchased gift cards may require payment of the price difference at the time of the appointment.

Arrival

Please arrive 3–5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to keep the schedule for other clients. The full session fee may still apply.

Cancellation

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you.

• 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Less than 24 hours notice: $50 cancellation fee.

• Less than 4 hours notice or no-show: full session charge.

Session Feedback

If you experience any unusual discomfort after your session, please notify us within 48 hours so we can review the situation and assist you.

Concerns reported long after the session may be difficult to evaluate.

Professional Boundaries

Massage therapy is provided for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only.

Any inappropriate behavior or sexual comments will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future service.

Health Conditions

Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or treatments before the session.

For certain medical conditions or treatments, we may require approval from your physician before providing massage therapy.
