Service Description

Deep tissue massage uses slow, firm pressure to target the deeper layers of muscles, tendons, and fascia—the connective tissue surrounding muscles. This therapeutic technique works throughout the full body while focusing on areas of chronic tension. It helps release muscle adhesions (“knots”), improve circulation, and restore mobility in tight or overworked areas. Deep tissue massage is especially helpful for relieving discomfort caused by poor posture, repetitive movements, or long-term muscle tension. Unlike a traditional relaxation or Swedish massage, which focuses on surface muscles with lighter pressure, deep tissue massage works deeper within the muscle layers to address more stubborn areas of tension. Pressure is always adjusted to your comfort level.

Cancellation Policy

Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $50. With less than 4hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of full charge. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize that the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.
