Our Signature Swedish Full Body Massage is designed to relax the entire body while promoting better circulation, flexibility, and overall well-being. Using a combination of long, flowing strokes, gentle kneading, rhythmic tapping, and soothing circular movements, this classic massage technique helps melt away stress and muscle tension. Pressure is applied at a light to medium level, making it ideal for clients who want to: • Relieve muscle fatigue without deep pressure • Improve blood and lymphatic circulation • Calm the nervous system and reduce stress • Promote better sleep and mental clarity This full-body treatment includes the back, legs, arms, shoulders, neck, and scalp, leaving you feeling refreshed, balanced, and deeply relaxed.

Cancellation Policy

Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $50. With less than 4hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of full charge. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize that the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.
